shareMaybe everyone already knows, but just in case, it was released on DVD as a Canadian Import for BIG money in mid March 2011, but will be released in the US on June 7, 2011 - and it should be reasonably priced. Can't wait, I've only heard of this series, never have seen it but will as soon it becomes available.
shareCan't wait--want to see the one with Vincent Price and the one with the Alice Cooper cameo. I loved the Snoop Sisters--fits in well with the Agatha Christie and Murder She Wrote genres even if it is silly early 70s tv. I almost never missed the NBC Mystery Movies--McMillan and Wife, McCloud, Columbo, Cool Million, Quincy (where it started) etc.

Enjoying the DVD right now.... it is such a gem, a reminder of a simpler time in television. Snappy writing, terrific cast, excellent production design. Clean fun entertainment.

Writing (typing) from Strathroy, Ontario, Canada, where we are fortunate enough to have the DVD at the local library. So I'm making my way through it and enjoying it as a trip back to my youth. Something very comforting about seeing these shows again, takes me back to when I was about 10 years old and watching them with my parents. The opening credits with the figure walking along the road with the flashlight is just so memorable... great stuff.
