Can anyone translate what Stirlitz wrote in the note to his wife?

I think s/he means the french note at the end of the 12th episode. started with "Cherie", ended with "je t'aime"

"Dear! I had hoped to see you one of these days, but our reunion will have to be postponed. I hope to see you very soon! I kiss you and I love you!"

"I don't believe you. You're a liar!"
