shareIt makes me feel sad because this is one place where I can go to discuss old TV shows that I love with other like minded people. I feel like some of the people that I met on here are more kindred spirits than some people that I know IRL. I will miss all of you fine '70s TV loving folks. 😢
shareYep, I feel the same way. It was amazing when you would look up an obscure show or movie then to find others with similar questions or observations. I will really miss the boards.
shareMy opinion is the dreaded Facebook is stealing most of their thunder. FB is way too much work & it's hard to read, no thnx! This board is the best for reading, posting, accessing easily, etc.. Very sad.
shareMaybe it's the conspiratist (is that even a word?) in me but I believe it has something to do with Amazon going more and more into the movie production business. Because they're such control freaks, it's fairly well known that actors/actresses hate these boards. Maybe they asked Jeff to shut them down. Just a theory.
