Mill Creek version?

There is a film presented as "Deadly Duo" on the Mill Creek Kung Fu 20 pack that does not follow the plot/cast listed here on imdb. Further suspect material includes the still frame "Deadly Duo" blatently inserted over the original title, similair to how they present "Ninja Phantom Heros" as "Ninja Empire." Does anyone know the real title to this slightly above average flick?
