Thanks for the compliment, I'm glad you liked the entry. I felt that the film did deserve a place on Wikipedia, as there doesn't seem to be that much around about it.

Yes, I like the movie a lot, and would love to see it again. Here in Australia it hasn't been released on DVD, so that means I must've been lucky to have caught it on TV about 15 years ago! It was just so juicy, witty, wicked and fun to watch! Elizabeth Taylor definitely gave her all for the movie.

Yes, I agree with you, I did think her performance in this was better than her turn as Martha. But I must admit, I did like her less-strident acting in films such as A PLACE IN THE SUN, also.

I am very much looking forward to the film being released on DVD, whenever that will be, and will watch the film (when I finally have it in my hands) with much relish.

It's on DVD in Spain with an English option as of Jan 2008.
It's not widescreen but looks great.

Thanks for that, it's good to know it has been re-released, and people are lucky enough to get their hands on the film.
