Pizza window scene - sharp eyes needed

Who can ID the little dolls hanging from suction cups in the window of the pizza restaurant (location @ intersection of Bush and Jones) at the beginning of the film?

It's unlikely they were movie props, but rather were just decorations or souvenirs already hanging in the window of the real pizza shop when they filmed.

All dolls are identical, with large, cartoonish heads and green costumes. There's even a large inflatable promotional version on display.

They are not Mattel "Talk Up" dolls, as some have guessed.
