2014 broadcast in UK

Yes it was, I have watched it and was not impressed. The user reviews by Irish people said it much better than I could. The ending was bizarre and unconvincing. My recorder caught only a part of the first showing and when I glanced at it, my first thought was, "It's The Railway Children in Belfast,", and then who should turn up but Jenny Agutter with a weird fake-oirish accent. But I watched the whole thing second time around, to my lasting shame. Why? Why? It was crude and cheap.

It's showing again on True Entertainment (channel 61 on Freeview) on August 8th at 5pm.
