Has Twines of Evil ever been on DVD in the usa? Also I am looking for the uncut/unedited edition of the movie is that only in Reg-2 UK?? If Sony owns the rights to the film in the US then why don't we write them to place it on DVD?

Try www.ebay.com or www.ioffer.com for the Twins of Evil DVD. The soundtrack is also available on CD. I saw some autographed Collinson twins items on eBay and found the film "Come Back Peter" (AKA Some Like It Sexy; Seducer) which I bought on VHS. www.ioffer.com is good for really hard to find films that they can't sell on eBay without being suspended. Check it out!
I also think they should release the "Karnstein Trilogy" in a box set with the 3 classic Hammer films "Vampire Lovers" "Lust for a Vampire" and "Twins of Evil".
I have all 3 films on DVD but Twins of Evil is the only film of the trilogy that has still not been released on DVD in the USA. The Twins of Evil DVD I have is the widescreen Carlton Region 2 PAL disc that in now out of print. I live in the USA and use a "multisystem" TV and DVD player to play it on. You can also get a DVD player that converts PAL to NTSC so you can play it on your American NTSC television. I am thinking of buying the German DVD as well as the new Twins of Evil UK DVD. Both of them are currently available on eBay.
Sony no longer has any rights to this film. MGM (who owns the U.S. rights) is now having their DVD releases distributed by Fox, so it's now up to MGM/Fox to finally, finally release this on disc in the U.S.!
