Why is this considered horror?

There was nothing the least bit startling about this movie except to see that white man's head on Rosey Grier's body. This movie would have been better if it cut a lot of the racism and chase scenes, and actually utilized a plot. It could have been more of a comedy.

As a horror film its a big fail.

Its that man again!!

But actually, its failure as a horror film is due to the fact that it is so preposterous, campy, and schlocky. And hence, the unintentional comedy results and loyal followers of this movie curiousity.
