the twist

Where I am I won't be able to get this. Can someone explain the twist please.

I will try to explain it as best as I can remember.

There were the usual suspect like Paolo Tellini (the jealous husband of the murdered wife Anna) and the blackmailing bathhouse operator Laura (Claudia Auger) but the twist was that the actual culprit was the blind masseur. To be honest though it didn't come off as too much of a surprise because with so many of the best suspect dying left and right all you were pretty much left with was the good old cliche where the person who seemed least likely to commit the crimes eventually ended up being the guilty one. His motivation as I best remember was that he just got off on butchering women while they were fully conscious. A real sexual pervert. That at least explains why he stopped attempting to kill the police detective's wife when she fainted during the struggle. Oh and in case you were wondering he wasn't blind at all. Just faking it to throw off suspicion

No not the greatest twist but the movie was still enjoyable nonetheless.

his wife left him years before and caused severe psychological damage, then he became the masseuse for that weird spa and the mean blackmailing bitch reminded him of his ex-wife and triggered psycho-sexual violent urges in him,
far-fetched to be sure,
why a man would put painful white contacts in his eyes in an attempt to gain the trust of women around him and live a life of a disabled person at least 8-10 hours out of the day just so he can throw suspicion off himself from the sadistic killings he's indulging in at night?
not even the music or the cinematography and a few oddball characters can save this one

One thing to note:
the killer is shown in the very first scene - doing his massaging; saw this for the 1st time yesterday on DVD and figured that this was the killer, about to make a kill (he looked like a killer, with those shades); but, he didn't kill in that first scene and as the film wore on, I figured I was wrong and he was just this blind guy; of course, it turned out to be him at the end, faking being blind; so, the film presents the mystery killer in the very first scene - revealed in broad daylight - but most viewers probably don't know that until the end, which is, in a way, a twist.
