autopsy scene

i remember seeing this film back in the 70's, late night on BBC2 on a saturday night horror double bill and remember a human autopsy scene that looked extremely realistic.. did i imagine it or can anyone confirm this.

I think that scene was taken from other footage since the color of the skin was different than who was there in the first place.

I think it may have been footage of an autopsy.

Watching the movie now. The autopsy is real. They probly paid a medical examiner $100 to let them film. The body on the slab doesn't even match the actor it's supposed to represent.
