GGRRR!!!! TCM DOES IT AGAIN!!!

TCM plays this movie about twice a year, and this time I managed to finally catch it with my DVR and they screwed up their time slots again. A short subject runs long, so they start the movie 10 minutes late. As a result, the DVR shuts off 10 minutes at the end of the movie.

I know, I know. I'll get it from Netflix. But TCM does this pretty often, and sometimes it's not as forgivable (such as the time they cut off "Sleuth," in which the final minutes solve the story, and which, to date, is STILL not available on DVD).

Anybody here share the pain?

They're playing it again tomorrow (the 16th), at least in Canada! :)

Anyway, I suggest recording from the beginning of the film's slotted time until the beginning of the next film's slotted time. That usually leaves plenty of room.

And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.
