This is a very oddly delightful film and comparing it to a Coen Brothers production is a smart observation. It also has a spontanious, "anything can happen" tone that is pretty enjoyable to watch.
I remember catching this movie on a Saturday afternoon on cable and being very impressed. My father had seen the movie when it originally came out and he remembered it's originality.

I saw this quite by accident, after working late. im usually too tired to watch late night movies but I was riveted by this...I couldn't believe how amazingly weird and entertaining it was whilst never having heard of it...
A top, top film..a genre of its own..

A scene which showed the brothers climbing out of the crashed van. They did bad stuff but it was more out of fear than anything it would be a shame if they had all died.
