Stealing another composer's music.

The credit on the film states "Music Composed and Conducted by Natale Massara", who litters his or her score with musical themes lifted from the work of other composers, including Clifton Parker's "H.M.S. Defiant"; Elmer Bernstein's "The Ten Commandments" and Carlo Savina's "Achilles". I wonder if they, or someone handling their estate, sued.
