Is there any company you can write or email to about getting it on tv or on dvd?
I saw it so long ago but never forgot this movie. I would love to see it again and have my own dvd copy.
I obtained a DVD copy via ebay. It came with Buster and Billie, another great Jan Michael Vincent film. This is a copy burned on DVD but still---it was incredible. He emerges from the see like a Greek God. Yet at the same time he is an angel--and if you know the story, you know why. The film is incredibly tender and unusual. I agree, it is one of his best. Buster and Billie, another of his best, is included and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Email this seller and see if there are others. Good luck.
Man, I remember see Sandcastles when it first aired. I was only 10 years old and developed a huge crush on Jan Michael Vincent. Sad thing is, these day, in the state he's in, he probably doesn't even remember doing Sandcastles...
