Is there a DVD or Blu - Ray disc out ?

Hello,

I wanted to know if The Rowdyman is available on DVD or Blu - Ray disc now ? I know it was on VHS years ago. I tried eBay and no luck yet. The movie is on YouTube anyways but its nice to have it on a DVD disc. Your answers are appreciated. Thanks , Neil.
