Does this movie really have piranhas in it?

It's not a horror movie. It's more of an action thriller set in the Jungle.

Correct. The only thing is has to do with piranhas is one character telling another to stay out of the water (in the jungle where they're at) and then later a man is killed, falls into a river, and a bunch of piranhas eat the body. The name is misleading as killer fish have nothing to do with the story at all.
