I would also recommend any movie with Arch Hall Jr., like "Eeegah" or "The Sadist". Sometimes bad acting can be magnificent.

"Mudhoney" also fits this genre. There is a crazy woman like the egg lady too.

Anything from John Waters will be good enough.
