Different Versions?

Hello,

I've got a question about The Case of the Bloody Iris (1972). I just watched the BlueUnderground DVD of this, and followed up with the trailer included on the disc. In it, you see the first murder's partial death scene - included is a close-up of the throat slice. As well, in the trailer, there are alternate shots of the second victim drowning in the tub, with a red bra on instead of the nude version in this film. The bra is not on during these parts of the drowning scene. So I came to conclude that there is an alternate and/or uncut version of this film lying about. Could somebody possibly confirm this for me please? :)
