Soundtrack

Although this TV movie was low budget it captured the spirit of Zenna Henderson's 'People' stories, partly because of the beautiful music composed by Carmine Coppola (Francis Ford Coppola's father). I love the opening/closing theme and especially the harmonica ballet summoned up by 'The Francher Kid' who learns that music is just a vibration of the air and he doesn't need an actual instrument to make it. If the soundtrack were available I would buy it in an instant. For now I have to be satisfied with re-watching the film and smiling as the music plays.
