Looks like...

...' The Most Interesting Man in the World ' didn't quite have ' it ' yet. Anyone recognize him?

reply

I didn't recognize him immediately as TMIMITW, but his look got me curious because there was something familiar about him. When I IMDB'd him, it was almost hilarious to see who he's evolved into. He had something back then, but not TMIMITW.

Interesting to see young Jane Elliot!!! LOVE her.

I've been a fan of his for four or five decades. However, I only knew him as Jonathan Lippe way back when. Trish must have been standing in a ditch during their scenes, because IMDb has him listed as only being 5'7 1/2". I never thought that he was a particularly good looking guy back then, but he looks pretty handsome in the Dos Equis commercials. My guess is that he's been laughing all the way to the bank since he's been doing them, and he probably will be for quite a while, because I think they'll be using him for some time to come. I was looking for a young Kathleen Quinlan in the film, but failed to recognize her. I recorded it, so I'll have to look harder the second time around. She may have been the ' Jane Doe ' at the morgue. I've had a crush on her forever. Jane Elliot sure was pretty back then. She reminds me of a young Jennifer O'Neill in this film. By the way, I would rate this film a whole lot higher than 6.2. Possibly about 7.5. I like the fact that it's filmed in San Francisco. I live fifteen minutes north of SF and coincidently got here right around the time it was being filmed.

P.S. I see that you might be a fan of Robert Ryan. He's my all time favorite actor. I probably have close to fifty of his films in my library.

He was more like the creepiest man in the world.
