Songs
There were some lovely songs in this movie. Unfortunately, TCM doesn't run full credits at the end of movies. Does anybody know the names of the songs? They had a Brazilian kind of sound.

that was NOT TCM's fault. at the time, movies tried to list as many involved in the making of the film as possible before the film. they did NOT provide the credits then like they do today. TCM always provides the fullest, cleanest version of the films that they show.
there was actually only one song played. it did have a brazilian, bossa nova-like feel to it but it was sung in french by the film's composer, Michel Legrand. i have been trying for a long time to find out what song that is. there is a very rare CD of music from 1980's "Rich and Famous" as well as from this film. i can't find a track listing but supposedly that one song is included. i just don't know the title.

I look for this song since I've seen the film when it was released. I have the name from the film credits as I loved it - One is a lonely number (but not for long). The song is also a bossa nova sung by Michel Legrand.
I just copied this album Rich and Famous with 24 songs (12 for each film) It's wonderful
