Pioneer Square street

At 57 minutes into the movie Kolchak and Louise Harper are walking the Pioneer Square area trying to flush out the strangler. You can see a street sign that says Werdin Place, but there doesn't appear to be any such street by that name in the Pioneer Square area. The street level view at Google maps doesn't look much like the scenes either.
