Region 1 DVD Release?????

This film was supposed to be available in Region 1 on DVD from Facets back in June 2008. I even pre-ordered it from Amazon.com. Well, the DVD never came and now it is listed as discontinued on Amazon. Did any one manage to get a copy of it or did Facet just pull it from their release schedule???
