Is this movie released on DVD anywhere yet?

Theatrical Trailer is "42nd Street Forever! Volume 1: Horror on 42nd Street" DVD by Ban 1 Productions.

I hope this gets released sometime soon on Region 1 DVD. You would think with all the interest in "Grindhouse" and "Drive-in" movies this would get released.

- Theatrical Trailer is "42nd Street Forever! Volume 1: Horror on 42nd Street" DVD by Ban 1 Productions.

- Theatrical Trailer is on "Grindhouse Trailer Classics 4" British Region 2 PAL DVD by Nucleus Films UK.

With then first one being put on Blu-Ray quite recently it seems like they should've released it by now. Maybe someday in our lifetimes we'll get to see it released on some format.
