hammer throw athlete in sports part of 'revolution' montage

does anyone have any information on the athlete doing the track and field throwing event called the hammer throw, during the "Scared of Revolution" montage, with the "Last Poets" soundtrack? (Scene 2 on the DVD).

It happens between a clip of tennis player Arthur Ashe and a tipoff between the Celtics and the Lakers basketball teams.

This hammer throw athlete wears a competition number "270" on his back, red singlet, (can't read the white lettering in the middle of the singlet), dark nylon pants....maybe George Frenn?

In a curious detail, even when I slow the video down, I can't clearly see the implement he is throwing, which I assume is the 16 pound hammer.

Any suggestions as to who I could contact to find out who this athlete is? Should I contact Arnold Perl, the producer?
