DVD versio?

I expect this is a question asked in vain, but is there a DVD version of this film? I remember seeing it over a decade ago, and being most impressed. Today, it would be impossible to see it in a cinema. Come to think of it, are there any Syberberg films available (except for Parsifal, in its rather shoddy version, and Hitler, in its DVD-R)?

Yes, Syberberg is getting his films out on dvd now. You'll need a multi-region player, and you'll also need to be fluent in German. Only WINIFRED WAGNER and HITLER are available with English subtitles. LUDWIG is also available, but w/o subs. You can order from Syberberg's site (http://www.syberberg.de/Syberberg4_2007/DVDs-070601.htm) or you can order some titles from AMAZON.DE. I love Syberberg's work; he's unique and his work a must-see. I just wish all of it were coming out with English subs. (I can read German, but alas, I'm not much good with the spoken language--I may order anyway because his visuals are so fantastic!)

There is now (2013) a 2-disc DVD version with subtitles in English, Spanish and Portuguese, among other languages.
