Diana Ross's Ego: The Movie

Seriously I'm a huge Billie Holiday fan but after watching then seeing the making of, it seem like they didn't care about Billie, just boosting Diana Ross's career. The movie dragged, and it was so hard to lose your self in the time period because it looked so 70's which isn't good when it's supposed to be the 30's.

I really hope that they do it right someday, not as a star vehicle, but a good bio-pic like Ray or Walk The Line.

Yeah and so what? Cleopatra was all about Elizabeth Taylor, Coal Miner's Daughter was all about Sissy Spacek & Loretta Lynn. The Rose was all about Bette Midler.

Why shouldn't Diana Ross have had a film that was centered around her?

Cause it wasn't about her....

It was a bit long for my tastes, but Diana Ross did an AMAZING job in this movie.
