Question for fans of the Manga

I've recently started picking up the small tankobon volumes of the Manga at my local library. I'm enjoying it well enough so far, especially the absolutely stunning black-and-white artwork, but being an ignorant gaijin, I'm having a bit of trouble following the currently episodic storyline. Can any fans direct me to any fansites with full summaries of the chapters? Thanks.
