R2 DVD??
can anyone tell me if this film (or any of the Lone Wolf and Cub films) are avalible on a Regain 2 DVD?? i cant find them anyware?? i know you can get Shogan Assasin but that barley counts!

Edit: Yeah, it arrived ok. Not the best DVD. Pretty rubbish quality, really dark and slightly blurred but still watchable. No extras either, just some trailers for the other films of the series that basically just say "This film is so gory, it got banned wow!!!" as if they're trying to appeal to 14 year old boys. Still worth buying though even I have talked it down a lot.
I think they're all about £10 from amazon.co.uk marketplaces.

Shame really, could be a very nice box set!
Maybe if the 'remake' hits the moviehouse the old movies will be re-released in a remastered version.

Totally agree with you on the quality of the DVD's. I have the first two movies on VHS, i was going to 'upgrade' them to DVD (and the next 4) because they are such great movies, easily watchable again and again. Anyway I must say that the VIDEO picture was better! It's such a pity. I've heard this about over DVD's , particulary from Asia/Japan, ie. Audition. Really dark picture, no contrast. I can only hope that the distributors will do a 're-mastered' box set
