this anime series is pushing forty and even easier for me to watch now that the sanitized versions i watched when i was super young. i'm impressed.

Yes, I enjoy it more now than I did as a kid. It's a great series from start to finish. I understand that the two followup series were not very good, but I would still dearly love to see them.

this is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!

The global themes this show identified - energy, pollution, terrorism are still relevant today more than ever....and the animation is far superior than the garbage that is being produced today.
