One of my all time favorite movies along with Man In the Wilderness

If you like mountain man movies then I recommend watching MAN IN THE WILDERNESS (1970). A MAN CALLED HORSE (1971) comes close too. But I really enjoy re-watching JEREMIAH JOHNSON, several times a year. This is one movie that is time-irrelevant, that is, someone can watch it 50 years from now and it won't be outdated. History is history and doesn't change. Movies that generate some kind of emotion within me always stay with me and this one will always be one of my favorites.

I saw this film when it first came out, and I loved it back then as a child and I still love it now.

MAN IN THE WILDERNESS (1970) has a most heart-moving, ending credits soundtrack. It is extremely rare to come across music that evokes such emotion within oneself when you hear it. It brings up so many emotions. The music sounded, no, felt uplifting but sad at the same time. I recommend you listen to it yourself. It might be on YouTube. Or find the dvd to purchase.
