July, 2014: HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS is now available on DVD in a set titled "15 Horror Movies" from Echo Bridge Home Entertainment. The box housing the two DVDs does not list any titles, so if you see it in a bargain bin grab it, or order it because this is the ONLY way at this time to get this classic TV movie on DVD. The last release for this film was on VHS from Starmaker/Anchor Bay in 1991.

It will probably be a 3 dvd set with 5 films on each .All of them blurry as hell.

shareI found this film on a compilation dvd called 8 Midnight Horror Movies. The set also features The Faculty and Teaching Mrs. Tingle among others. The film is in very good condition.
shareThanks for the info. I still have a clamshell VHS I've kept for years that I got on eBay. Just ordered the set on Amazon--excited to see this again. Weird that it was thrown in with all these random flicks—a really bad print of "Curtains" also appeared like this too at some point.
