How about this for an update...It's actually snowing during the holidays for starters and instead of an alling father calling for his sick daughters it could be an alling mother and instead of all daughters it could be two sons and two daughters and the woman's husband is suspected of posioning her. Now the kicker, have Sally Field who played the youngest daughter in the original play the alling mother in the remake. So what do you think? Kind of a sick twisted "Brothers and Sisters".

I definitely would love a remake too. With better death scenes, a snow storm and more suspense. I do like that they are all daughters.

Yes, leave this classic alone. You really cannot top the female cast in this superb little sleeper.
