shareWell, I have the old and long out-of-print MGM UK release of 'THE HIT MAN'. MGM released it in 1983 over there. Been OOP ever since.
On my video there was some dogfighting shown -- though I don't know if anything was cut from it.
Either way -- groovy movie.
Hard to find that Pre-cert.
I reckon I was lucky to round it up.

Yeah, so glad it's an official release too. I've got PAL VHS transfers, satelite feeds etc., but they were all widescreen opening credits, then the rest of the film is pan-scan.
Is the Warner DVD widescreen througout the disc, or does it jump back to 4:3?
I still haven't gotten my copy of this in the mail yet. Warner may have lost it.

just got it on Amazon re: Warner DVD-R Collection. looks like it kept the original aspect ration of 1:185
