Grier's ironic fate in this movie (SPOILER)

In this movie, Pam's character gets killed by a mountain lion. Earlier that year she was in the movie "The Twilight People", a rip-off of "The Island of Lost Souls" as Ayesha, the Panther Woman. Weird coincidence, huh?

I think she was killed by a female African lion. It was on some kind of nature preserve in Los Angeles.
