Paul Gleason!

I just watched this and was utterly surprised to see the late Paul Gleason ("Trading Places", "The Breakfast Club", "Die Hard") in it! I didn't know his career went back THAT far.

I was sleeping and when I woke up this was on...sorry I didn't DVR it! I loved it (I saw it from about 20 minutes in)...

I had the same reaction when I saw Paul Gleason, couldn't believe my eyes!

I DVRed it. But, just to let you know, it's on youtube, if you search Hit Man 1972 full movie.
Btw, Hit Man is 2 words.

Also, you will notice, that in the YouTube comments I provided direct, clickable links to 2 parts of the movie that Paul Gleason is in, so you can watch them immediately. :-)

As my mom used to tell me...

Thank goodness for TCM or we'd never see these crazy films!

Well, there's also Retroplex. But I think you may have to pay more for that channel.

Oh goodness, there are so many new channels showing up, but I am not paying a dime for one more any more...

Retroplex is on Dish Network, I have Time Warner...but...on Time Warner I have Encore, which is showing the same films as Retroplex asit is all owned by STARZ...TCM is still doing a better job with the classics, and has been for years (ever since the Z network went out) of digging up these gems...

Ha ha. I logged in to IMDB to say the same thing!

Paul Gleason!

He was uncredited for some reason. But yep, that was him!

Btw, why do you think he was uncredited?

reply

Probably because it was such a small role that the producers didn't feel that it warranted a credit. However, I would have thought he would have had one because he had dialogue. Speaking parts are usually listed in the credits. I know it's difficult to list EVERYONE who was in a movie, but you never know who will take off to bigger things like Mr. Gleason did.

reply

Yeah, they should have credited him.

Gleason was also in Private Duty Nurses, Vigilante Force, and Miami Blues for George Armitage.
