Actor Billy Curtis wasn't a dwarf. He was a midget. There's a difference. Look it up. And you may be the only one who thinks he looked like Joe Pesci.

No billy Barnaby was not a.midget. the guy haD perportionate arms n legs. Midgets have short arms n legs n a normal head n torso. That guy was a dwarf.
