Man Hating Movie

Lenny was perhaps the most selfish and inner focused man character I have ever encountered in movies. I cannot imagine anyone, even his mother, thinking him in any way justified in his behavior towards his wife or towards the Minnesota girl. He has no redeeming qualities. None. So I have kept thinking about what character is a female counterpoint in other films to Lenny. None I can think of are the singular focus of being simple, despicable persons representing a whole sex.
