WHere to buy?

I have searched far and wide to find a site that sells the 1972 version of The Great Waltz movie on either VHS or DVD, does anyone know where I can purchase this movie.. I have the 1938 version.. Thanks for any responses..

I doubt that the film will be available on either VHS or DVD. It was a major failure in 1972.
I have seen it on Turner Classic Movies. They have a nice video transfer of this title.
I want to buy this DVD or VHF too. I would like very much to know where I can find it! If someone knows, please publish it!

Dont waste your time with robertsvideos, you wont get it for 2 or 3 months after placing the order.

Out of thousands of auctions I have won on ebay, I have only 3 or 4 that went the way yours did. The sellers had good feedback, then all of sudden took off leaving me and others in the lurch. I have never been taken on the sale of a DVD.
The funny thing is that I just won a copy of "The Great Waltz" on ebay for $22.75. But it is on 35mm film with a magnetic stereo soundtrack. The color will be badly faded. I was a projectionist when this film was released, and it was shortened even in the first run of its release by physically splicing the film, but I would guess that this one is complete since it would be a roadshow print.

I think you are right. I dont think it will ever be available. Pity because flops can be fascinating to watch.
