Where was the Corleone's territory for business. Did they mostly control the Little Italy section of Manhattan?
And where was their compound?
Yes, I think their territory was Little Italy, maybe even all of Manhattan.
The compound was supposed to be in Long Beach, a section of Nassau County about 20 miles from Manhattan. The house used in the movie was really located in Staten Island, one of the five boroughs of NYC.
