If you polled 300 million americans and asked them about the Godfather, at least 30 percent would say they either don't like it ,don't care for it, or have no opinion on it (or don't care about it). IMDB users and Rotten Tomato users don't represent 300 million americans. And a lot of such users will usually like only movies which get good to great reviews. They don't have minds to think for themselves

with 300 million americans there is going be a lot a lot a lot more variance in a movie poll than so called movie fans on sites like IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes. Otherwise it's brainwashing.

Seriously, every person in America is different ,different minds, different tastes. IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes is too small of a sample size and does not represent 300 million of us. Shame . Most americans alive today probabaly don't give a crap about the Godfather.

Otherwise we live in a society where the media and corporations decide for us what we think, what we wear, what we do, etc. Scary. Scary Scary Scary I give the movie a 3.9 rating
