Wear a Disguise

I know that it's "movie logic," but these criminals are wanted by half the state, and don't do ANYTHING at all to disguise themselves. Obviously, to make sure that everyone can "make" them.

Put on some glasses, a hat, something! You know that everyone will be coming for you, so wouldn't you be getting a disguise kit ready to go before you even pulled the job?
