Sleeping bag scene

The stakeout scene with Raquel trying to be a professional police officer, while Skerritt wants something else entirely is worth the price alone. She eventually gives in to his desires, for a while anyway.

If only that movie was made in this year instead of 35 years ago, that scene would have been much hotter and longer. Too bad they didn't build on that relationship more in the movie

The era had very little to do with the lack of hotness and length, and more to do with the fact they were in a PG movie! There are many, many movies from the 1970's with hot steamy sex scenes with just as much nudity as we get now. They were however rated R...

Not every movie needs "hot and long" s*x scenes - if you want to buy porn go ahead buy adult movies.

Yeah, I just saw that scene a few hours ago.

I said to myself, Dang, Tom Skerritt is getting to kiss Raquel Welch in that sleeping bag.

The film to me had a feeling of irreverance, much like M*A*S*H the movie did.

Tom Skerritt was in both films as well.

Yeah, when he got the call, he groaned, "Oh Jeez, not now"

That scene was very funny. Moreover, a guy sure can't blame Tom Skerritt for wanting to get amorous with Raquel Welch.

I haven't seen this movie since it first came out. I was only seven at the time and didn't even know that Burt, Raquel, and Yul were in it until many years later. The sleeping bag scene does sounds familiar, though. I think I need to check this film out again. 😃

No blah, blah, blah!
