Saw it on the big screen at a Tempe, AZ revival theater in a double bill with 'The tattoo Connection' (aka 'Black Belt Jones 2').

Best line: 'Ain't the white man a bitch with his sh*t?'

...and the brothers could shoot--they must have killed a dozen cops for every one of theirs taken out--amazing. And some of those blood effects--just awful...

Earnest in the extreme (before and after the extended sex scene, anyway)

Found mine for $1 too at The Dollar Tree. I 'm going to watch it right now for the first time.

from the library!

This film came on a four-pack disk titled Soul Brothas & Sistas. Other gems included Lady Cocoa, Get Christie Love, and The River Niger. I got a lot out of this set. All very entertaining with some surprise performances and deeper stories than I was expecting. And all I wanted was Christie Love.

I picked it up used for $1, on a disc with 'Black Cobra', here in Canada! =)
