This would have made a great TV series, IMHO...

...I keep thinking that I read somewhere that this movie was actually a pilot for a proposed TV series. Imagine it---Charles Sand uses his gift of the "The Sight" to investigate bizarre crimes and strange cases of paranormal activity. Cool idea, IMHO. Someone should re-boot this!
