Funniest Segment?

The last segment involving the sexual process is the funniest thing in the movie, appropriately. The Italian thing is great, too, but you can't beat Woody Allen playing a sperm, not to mention the late, great Tony Randall.

The clip with the older man who's a cross dresser was hysterical.

The opening segment was very well written. I would rate the sperm segment at the end as the most humourously constructed though.

I'm Italian, and had never heard anything about this movie when I started watching it. I was so shocked to hear the Italian and thought it was hilarious. The rest of the movie was awesome.

Just saw it for the first time. Liked it.
Here's my list:

The Sheep - Brilliant and hilarious.
Italian Segment - Again, brilliant. I loved the Felliniesque-ness.
Giant Tit - Ridiculous and funny, but not ridiculously funny.
Ejaculation - "Goddammit, who pressed the scared expression?!" (the rest, unfunny)
Transvestite - Ehhhhhhhhhh, whatever.
Game-Show - I liked the Rabbi’s fantasy, otherwise it sucked.
The Fool - Hated it, too long.

Woody Allen can direct the hell out of a movie. Here, he directed halfa one and phoned it in on the rest. But the film was still frickin hillarious.

The Gene Wilder Sheep segment was the best. He was so convincing!
