I'm trying to find out which Christopher Lee movie terrorised my partner when she saw it on TV as a kid. All she remembers was the first scene (or an early scene) of a man on a bicycle, a dead body falling out of a cupboard and a 70s setting.
This one? Drac and his Brides? Something else?

I think the movie she is talking about is "Dracula Has Risen From the Grave" from 1968. At the begining of the movie a man rides his bike into the local village. He parks in front of the local church where he works. He goes inside and starts to pull on a rope to ring the church bell, but blood is trickling down the rope. Outside the church we hear him scream. He runs into the local priest who proceeds to investigate the source of the blood. Once in the bell tower room he sees blood dripping down from inside the bell. He stumbles into the bell and a body of a woman falls out, with blood seeping from a bite wound in her neck an obvious victim of Dracula. It was just released on DVD with a price of $ 15.00 to $18.00 dollars. You can also buy it as part of a set with another Hammer Dracula film, two Frankenstein films and the first Mummy film from 1959.

The one with the guy on the bike is, as said, Dracula Has Risen From the Grave. However, it was not set in the 70s, but the early 1900s. The two Hammer Dracula films set in the 70s (with Lee as Dracula, anyway) to my knowledge are Dracula A.D. 1972 and The Satanic Rites of Dracula.

It depends upon what form of the term "bike" is being used: Bicycle or motorbike. SATANIC RITES OF DRACULA (aka COUNT DRACULA AND HIS VAMPIRE BRIDE) does have motorbikes at the opening of the film, as a battered police officer (who had been working undercover) escapes from the vampire cult, only to be chased down by thugs on bikes.
