Wow...the only way this made modern use of the legend is the shower in Alucard's home. It would have been interesting to see Dracula get stoned after drinking the blood of Marsha Hunt's character. And what were they eating at the cafe? Looked like granita?
shareI actually enjoyed it. It was fun to see Dracula in a modern setting and with the rock concert at the party during the beginning, the style of the teenagers, and the language they used I actually felt like I was in 1972 when this movie was on. It would've seemed too much like Tim Burton's Dark Shadows if Dracula got stoned. It would be a little too comical.
