Yes, I understand. Everything was cheaper back then. It's the fact that the hillbilly never topped it off to $5.00 that tells us of the simplicity of the people that will now be in the main characters' lives for the next three days...

The sad part is that today one gallon of gas costs more than it took to fill up his truck :( lol
(And holy shit, that truck!! I want it so bad!!)
